Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
