Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit.
