Northwind Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
