Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
