Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Summit Vale Financial serves customers across Hartford with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
