Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
