Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Grand Rapids, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
