Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Timber Medical Group is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
