Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Union Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling.
