Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Bright Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
