Northwind Analytics is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 667 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
