Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Fresno plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
