Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
