Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Analytics supports drug development and manufacturing around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
