Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Loom Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fresno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
