Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Union Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 909 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
