Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Wilder Medical is a Fresno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
