Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Iron Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
