Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
