Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Nova Glen Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fresno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
