Ironwood Orchard Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports.
