Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
