Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
