Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
