Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Thistle Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for El Paso and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
