Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit.
