Stonegate Haven Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
