Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Nova Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
