Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Rook Water Authority is a public water utility serving the El Paso area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
