Foxglove Orchard Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications.
