Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Summit Cobalt Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
