Clearpath North Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
