Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Rowan Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
