Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Nova Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
