Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
