Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Northwind West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Detroit region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
