Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
