Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Detroit region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
