Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Bridge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Detroit region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
