Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Cross Foods Group is a Detroit food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
