Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Detroit design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
