Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Nova Drift Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
