Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
