Northwind Pike Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
