Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Yarrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
