Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group serves customers across Detroit with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
