Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Beacon Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
