Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
