Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Fox Construction is a Des Moines contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
