Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
